Absolutely! We actually prefer it that way. Whether it's a video call, phone call, or meeting in person, we believe getting to know each other is one of the most important parts of the process. After all, we'll be spending one of the most meaningful days of your life alongside you, capturing the moments that matter most.

We want you to feel comfortable with us, not just as your filmmakers, but as people. So rather than going back and forth over emails, we'd love to sit down, hear your story, and talk about what you're envisioning for your wedding day. Are you available for our wedding, and do you travel?

Absolutely! We're based in Ontario, Canada, and are available to capture weddings across the province and anywhere in the world. We love the idea of travelling to new places, experiencing different cultures, and telling stories that are unique to each couple.

Whether you're celebrating close to home or planning a destination wedding somewhere across the world, we'd love to be a part of it.

What is the normal delivery time for a wedding film?

Our typical delivery time is 10–13 weeks following your wedding day. We believe every wedding film deserves the time and attention it takes to tell the story properly.

Our approach is rooted in documentary filmmaking, meaning we carefully piece together the real moments, emotions, and voices that made your day what it was. We never want to rush that process, because these are memories you'll be looking back on for the rest of your lives.

Can I pay in instalments?

Absolutely! We understand that planning a wedding comes with a lot of expenses, and we want to make the process as easy as possible.

We require an initial deposit to officially secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance typically due one week before your wedding. However, if you'd prefer to split your payments into instalments, we're more than happy to work out a payment schedule that makes things easier for you.

Just let us know what works best, and we'll do our best to make everything simple and stress-free.

Do you offer custom packages?

We've carefully designed our wedding packages to give couples everything they need to have their story told in a meaningful and complete way. Because of this, we typically stick to our existing packages rather than creating custom ones.

However, we understand that destination weddings and multi-day celebrations can look a little different. For these occasions, we're always happy to have a conversation and explore what might work best.
